I never dreamed in my sixty-plus years that I would have a set of real Copper Dowsing Rods, or as my father called them, Divining Rods. I remember, as a ten-year-old, my father used divining rods to search for water on the property he had just purchased. I watched him walking back and forth for what seemed like hours; I followed at a distance because he didnt want to be distracted. Finally, his copper rods suddenly crossed, and he said, here it is. We marked the spot, and to make a long story short after the drilling rig did its thing, we had a well. You dont forget something like that. Im going to try to find something with these rods. They are very light and balanced. They sit nicely in my hands. Ill still remember how dad held them. Even if I dont find water or some treasure, I have what I consider a collectors find. The box and packing they came with wont provide the protection they need, so I will build a sturdy box to display them in. Wow, what a find!

Oh my I had to order these! I have never seen dosing rods available for sale. These are made of copper and are quite small and rather fragile. Not that size actually matters. And copper is the most desired material though anything can be used. Because they are small it may not be as comfortable for someone with large hands. These are nicely made and weighted on the ends. The nice thing about the small size is that these can easily be used with a map which I like to use to find a general area inside a large area or to locate a missing object. I have always used a pendulum for this so it will be interesting to use actual dowsing rods. It would be nice if there was a nice storage box for these. Also might be nice in different sizes. Really this is a rare find and the price is quite reasonable!

These worked great. Each one is actually made of 2 pieces so you can hold the handle right and the rods still turn. Great deal.

For the price I didnt expect much. These far exceeded my expectations. Im pleased with them. Mine were not tarnished nor were any pieces missing. Thus far they have worked well.

I would imagine that the market for dowing rods are rather small, and this is the first time Ive ever seen them for sale. In the past, I made a set out of a couple of coat hangers, and they worked fine. These are somewhat better looking than my DIY coat hanger hack, but they do the same thing. Whether copper is better than any other metal for this purpose is up to debate, but becuase these rods are copper they bend very easily (which is a negative for me). The quality is what one would expect for a $10 item, and in terms of use, they work as expected (assuming you believe downing rods are capable of anything). These would make a nice gift for the paranomrally inclined.

Although these rods do ‘work’ They’re very thin and kinda flimsy and I’m worried they get bent if too much force is given. They feel very thin and weak in your hands, and I’ve often wondered if they’re accurate or not. It would be nice if they were a little thicker material

I know people who swear by these for finding water or grave sites. I do not believe for a second these have some magic properties. There is just no control method to remove the human error from using them. That said, I am going to have friends and family give these a try in areas I know. They are a fun item and for those who use these they seem to be really well made.

These dowsing rods are everything I hoped they would be! My daughter is super into the paranormal and ghost hunting and asked for these specifically. They are well made and not overly large so they are easy to hold. They move freely. We haven’t actually hunted with them yet but we can’t wait to do so! They are just as described and very giftable!

Compared to my other rods, these move more smoothly. They are considerably smaller, thinner and more delicate than my other rods. They work well for the price, but best for smaller hands.
