> 3 dayMy son has a tongue tie and it took us a while to realize that’s what made him struggle with feeding. He would choke, dribble, make clicking noises, and get frustrated during feeding with the other bottles we had. We went to an oral therapist and they instructed us to switch to Dr. Brown’s. This bottle design is flawless- he took to it immediately, no more clicking or dribbling. Also helped with his gas believe it or not!! As an extra bonus, if you use the Medela pump and parts, the rings from these bottles fit the Medela bottles! This bottle is truly the gold standard!!

> 3 dayAfter 3 babies, I am writing this review, to tell you, these are BEST bottles for your babies. Only thing I hate is the trickiness to clean the green part, but they do give you a tiny brush for it, so if you dont lose that, then its great. These bottles perfectly slim and tall for babies to use, this is definitely the best option. They have never leaked which is why I always stick with Dr Browns bottle, because my biggest fear is being far from home, and having a leaking bottle would be a disaster. With these bottles, I am sure that will not happen!

21-11-2024I bought the 4oz 4 pack options plus bottles. I was initially hesitant to buy them because of the many reviews that said that these leaked. With much contemplation, I bought thee because the 4oz seemed the next big jump from 2oz when your baby is eating roughly 3 oz each feed. When I initially used these with the premie nipple they works great - no spills or leaks. But when I switched to level 1 nipple they started leaking. In the pursuit to find the answer I experimented with water and tried several different bottle positions to see where the leak was. I could not find any. Finally, after ready the many articles, video and reviews online it seems like here is what’s happening — since my baby is not adjusted yet to the level 1 flow, he gulps milk fast and leaves a lot of air bubble into the bottle through the nipple. This seems to create pressure on the vent and leads to milk levels rising into the vent even when the bottle is placed completely upright. This could be remedied by opening the collar of the bottle gently and reinserting the vent back thus allowing the air to escape out and milk to settle back to normal levels. So far, this seems to work and I have had much fewer leaks by following the below - 1. Keep baby upright and not fully on back 2. Keep bottle at 45 degree angle such that the vent does not submerge in milk 3. If the vent fills with milk, gently loosen the bottle collar and reinsert the vent I am giving a 4 star as I am satisfied with the product as such but figuring this out was a pain and a complete ordeal.

> 3 dayWe love the Dr. Brown bottles! Now that we are transitioning to 8oz bottles we bought some from amazon and target, but noticed the sticker/label that measures doesnt match so it can be frustrating getting an accurate idea of how much she is eating. Otherwise the bottles are great!

> 3 dayI registered for all Avent Anti Colic bottles and my baby will not take them. When you are in the hospital after giving birth and formula feed or receive donor milk, the disposable nipple they give you for the bottle is identical to the Dr Browns Anti Colic nipple. I think this is why my baby wont take the other bottles, since we used donor milk in the hospital. The bottles are easy to clean but the green anti colic device is tricky, the bottle brush doesnt clean the inside very well.
