> 3 dayI purchased the strawberry banana flavor (being pregnant, mint flavors make me throw up and feel very nauseous) and it tastes like the actual fruit. It whitens your teeth, although every tooth paste does that if your brush your teeth daily, and my breath has no odor all day! If you struggle with bad breathe, this is a cure!

> 3 dayThe flavour is bland, but in a pleasant way. Its a bit pasty, which I think would work better with the chocolate or strawberry banana, that I plan to order next time (I got the berry). It doesnt foam, the flavour goes away quickly, and my teeth feel clean afterward. Brushing my teeth is no longer something I dread and is actually almost pleasant now. (If youre here because of autism or similar sensitivities, I also just discovered Sensodyne toothbrushes, too. They do something to the ends of the bristles and the difference is really noticeable. They feel so much gentler and I recommend them.) Update 4/23: the strawberry banana does work better with the pasty quality. Its good enough that when I first started using this flavour I had to fight the reflex to swallow it. Its not super strong, but my brain registered the banana as as candy or food lol Ive been using it for a bit now though and that doesnt happen anymore. I like this flavour better as a flavour I think, but I might go back to the berry eventually just because I prefer blandness. (I want to try the chocolate first)

22-11-2024I purchased this toothpaste, knowing that it is fluoride free, because fluoride is poison . It works well and leaves my mouth feeling fresh.

> 3 dayGreat to have a metal tube again. And, not so incidentally, its a pleasant-tasting, effective toothpaste as well.

> 3 dayThe toothpaste was good stuff with great flavor too. If I solely rated the toothpaste it would be a 4. However, it was impossible to get this stuff out of the tube! Nightmare! After a couple months it started to ooze out of the side seam more than the opening itself.

> 3 dayI ordered the Dr. Sheffield’s Certified Natural Toothpaste (Sensitive) - Fluoride Free Toothpaste recently after contemplating my last fluoride-free sensitive toothpaste and realizing I wanted to try another brand. I have been using it for almost a 2 weeks now. My main points for ordering were the “fluoride free” and the “sensitive teeth” attributes. I am 42 years old and I have had sensitive teeth for years. I have a bit of gum regression with exposed roots in places and my teeth themselves have always been sensitive in nature. It is tough to find “fluoride-free” in the stores when it came to sensitive teeth options. I really like this brand so far. Pros: My teeth actually feel cleaner upon the first brushing, which I didn’t think was possible. The back of my front bottom teeth have rough spots on the back which is probably, unfortunately, plaque deposits. But in the few days I’ve been using this paste, I can feel those spots continuing to smooth out. My breath actually tastes better and smells cleaner. My teeth do not hurt after this paste. The paste is actually a paste and doesn’t “run” off the toothbrush. The bottle is easy to use. Cost: I get twice the amount of paste for the price of my old brand. Cons: None yet. Al-in-all, I really appreciate this option for safer- fluoride-free toothpaste for those of us with sensitive teeth. I will probably stick with this brand.
