Best combination for sore muscles and stressful days. I suffer from back/shoulder issues so a hot soak is mandatory most days after work. A nice subtle smell with relaxing epsom always makes my back loosen and my shoulder better. Doesnt make you smell like a flower either which I appreciate.

Hello, I started using this with my kidney pain (not a huge bath person) but I do enjoy this, paired with a nice drink and relaxing at night it is just exceptional! I really found that with the lavender it calms my anxiety and helps put me to sleep. In todays world I know all of us could use a better sleep, and less stress! I kid you not since I started taking baths with this salt, I’ve experienced less inflammation and such great effects. It doesn’t seem like it could make such a difference but wow I feel good!!

Liquid portion came broken and had leaked everywhere. Too much trouble to return so I just chunked that part. Epsom salt was fine as usual. I generally pick it up from the grocery store and will prob do that next time. The price was the same anyway.
