Nothing will help refresh, rejuvenate or soothe your aching muscles or joints. I use epsom salt daily for my back and shoulder issues and other issues. A nice soak with this epsom mix and I always sleep nice and sound without any pain. Its a great natural way to reduce inflammation and even anxiety. An epsom bath can really work wonders.

Ginger and clay: It smells good without being overpowering. I grabbed this one because it was the only one available but I was pleasantly surprised. Wasn’t sure what “clay” scent would be like. It’s pleasant! I mostly smelled ginger. As others have mentioned the bubbles last a LONG time. I had some neck pain which wasn’t relieved after the bath but I couldn’t really soak my neck. I imagine it could be helpful with back pain, though. I definitely recommend it just on the price ($4.87) on longevity of the bubbles alone!

Second time ordering this product. Product itself is nice and helps relieve muscle soreness. Delivery was fast but product spilled all over the plastic wrapper.

Love this. The bubbles last for quite awhile and has a relaxing scent. I use it with the Epsom salts as well

Very pleasant smell. When I used it in my walk-in tub, suds took over the whole room and even when I put in just a few drops I was buried in long lasting suds. I recommend Almond Shea Butter Epson Salts--no suds but so wondwrful!!!

This product created a nice amount of bubbles for bath. I used probably a cap full of product for bath, unfortunately does not say how much to use, just a generous amount. I however, felt relaxed and tired, not energized. I will try it again and give an update if I feel energized next time. I have sensitive skin and it did not cause any problems.

It does create bubbles for sure but doesnt moisturize skin but baths are known to do that hence its rare I take one only showers but nice to have when your in the mood for a good soak just put lotion on after this will dry out your skin and Tylenol took away the pain but sure the soak helped too

All of Dr. Teals products are very hydrating. My daughter has been using them for years in her baths. The bubbles are soft and last a long time. The only issue with this one, however, is the smell. It has a very strong smell that fills the whole bathroom and lingers for a long time afterward. I really love Dr. Teals products overall, but will not purchase this specific one again.
