I had a little problem with the bag that it came with but I contacted customer service and Glen Don helped me out, so Im pleased with the service that I received. The aligator clips are small and difficult to connect. The insular cover slips dangerously while connecting. Will return and buy the Klein Unit. Always pay more for safety.
