Greater than one weekThis was a great series--didnt watch it on t.v., but really enjoy it at my leisure--tend to watch one right after another. Great character development and sweet stories.

We dvr if were out & about...and he makes sure to remind me to wait for him, so we can watch together. This show has it all...drama, comedy, romance...truly life being lived!!!

> 3 dayLove the story lines and all the characters - even the nasty ones because the writers do give them a bit of redemption a time or two. This is a great series to watch and it is quick and fun - I think that this show will be around a long time!

> 3 dayTelevision on DVD is a great way to relive all your favorite moments, share them with your friends and family, and to watch what you love when nothing else is one. If you love Drop Dead Diva, what are you waiting for?!?!

> 3 dayTechnically engaging, but the standard of femininity seems to be written by men against womens liberation who portray women as boy crazy 7th graders (the log line accurately calls it vapid) whose self worth is tied to designer clothes and makeup. Hey guys, you screen writers, grown women are not that vapid, nor are we supposed to be. That is an (infantile) male fantasy. The opposite, namely women without the vapid cuteness are written as mean (Janes peer) or hopeless losers (the judge) who dont adhere to this male fantasy model of girly silliness. Womens equality is Put Down by the writers in the 5th episode, where Jane is depicted as estranged from her father and family because She Became Aware of Injustice Towards Women in the past. Wow. Blaming the victim. Acknowledging injustice against women doesnt break up families unless there is some sort of associated abuse, then it could. This is a mucked-up narrative about women written by male chauvinists to try to cutesy-fi (subjugate) strong women.

> 3 dayDrop Dead Diva is such a good show! Its pretty formula and definitely wont win any awards any time soon, but I love it nonetheless. A plus-sized heroine is a great thing to see!
