I liked the concept of using it via the app, however we havent used that aspect of it. My experiences and review are based solely on using the remote that comes with it. First off, I did charge it as soon as I unboxed it, like the instructions said to. This thing is pretty damn powerful. Theres several settings and you can use them together or separately. I prefer to use them on the same setting together but each their own. Even on the lower settings its pretty powerful. It was easy to use and super easy to clean. And the best part, NO BATTERIES. Im so tired of spending money on batteries that never last long or go dead right when you need them NOT to. Definitely recommend this, hopefully soon I can have my boyfriend (whos two states away right now), use the app aspect of it to tease me throughout the day :D
