I bought this as a gift, as Im sure quite a few people might. The product itself appears fine, so Ive given high stars for durability and sturdiness (giving it the benefit of the doubt as I wont be using it) but look what they sent it in! The cheapest, nastiest looking box with a huge sticker over the window that wont come off without a fight. Im about to repackage it myself in tissue paper and a different box, and Im sure my good friend will believe me that its new, but Im really disappointed by the shoddy presentation of this item. Its the only reason I wouldnt buy one again.

The dual usb charger is very loose and I constantly hear my phone going in and out of charging. I rarely drive so it’s not due to wear and tear it was damage before I received it.
