> 3 dayI was nervous that the quality of tape wouldnt be like the tough name brand stuff, but it worked great! It fit the tape gun just fine & held on to our moving boxes with no problems.

> 3 dayUpdate: the company responded, so will add a star, and if the replacement is exceptional I will come and add another star. See below. “Thank you for e-mailing concerning our products. We regret that you have had this experience, but appreciate the opportunity to correct the situation. When tape behaves in the manner you described, it usually means the tape is old or has been warehoused incorrectly. Age and temperature extremes can cause the adhesive on tape to deteriorate and cause the tape to tear improperly or not adhere. We have little control over how or for how long our products are housed once they leave our facility. We also distribute five different grades of carton sealing tapes based on the thickness of the tape. In order of descending thickness they are HP260, HD Clear, EZ START®, Commercial Grade and Standard Grade. Shurtape Technologies was the first to introduce an improved carton sealing tape that lifts easily off the roll, and unrolls smooth and easy every time you use it. This is our Ultra Performance Grade and is called EZ START®. All Shurtape Technologies products are backed by our Quality Guarantee. Please provide a complete mailing address and we will be happy to send you replacement rolls“ Original review: I care that it is made in USA. It is written all over it. But shouldnt that mean that it lasts long (at least a year!) and that the quality is high? I dont know... I feel confused about this. The first few months it worked fine as a tape, a bit on the thin side but in many situations being thin and strong helped. But now... I still have 4 rolls out of 6 remaining, and after 10 months they are fused into a roll. It is like trying to peel off a bark from a tree- comes out in strands, to the point I dont know where is the beginning and the end. I have not contacted customer support on this, but I hope they will replace these rolls. So wasteful!

> 3 dayI thought I had used this before, but it must have been different. This tape is thin and wants to fold back on itself when I pull it off the dispenser. I will not buy this again.

> 3 dayIt’s easy to start the roll but the tape is thin, not the stickiest, and just seems very cheap. I wouldn’t trust it to hold boxes closed or depend on it to hold something together, but it’s good enough for me to tape shipping labels onto boxes when I send stuff out.

> 3 daySo this tape is cheaper than other tape, and for good reason: it sticks well enough for your basic packaging needs, but if what youre trying to stick together doesnt want to stick together, you might be in for some problems. Go with Scotch heavy duty or some other product that sticks better.

> 3 dayThis tape does not stick to the box. Im not going to buy this again. I need to make sure my boxes stay taped closed during shipping.

> 3 dayI normally use Duck HD Clear Heavy Duty Packing Tape. The Duck Tape Brand Standard Packaging was allot cheaper so I thought I would give it a try. It was not worth the saving the MUCH Lower Quality. The Tape Tends to roll back on to its self when applying. Super Thin & Tears Easy. #Ricks2Cents #RickRamirez

> 3 dayThinner than expected but does the job. I used it for moving and shipping. Youd need to tape over multiple parts of the box (over the opening and a few perpendicular to it over the sides) to be secure. I used a tape gun to apply it which saved a lot of time - otherwise youd be shredding it trying to get it started. Even with the tape gun it was crazy noisy. If youre bougie and like a quieter tape (have young kids, thin walls, whatever floats your boat I guess) I recommend the Duck Tape HD. Way better overall but pricier to reflect it.
