The product is a letter with a website, download instructions, and License key. Its a subscription for one year. Other than the letter with download instructions there is no further information on how to actually use it. I intuitively figure most of it out but still unsure if I am doing some things correctly. There is a video available on Youtube but it is terrible and doesnt say much at all. It also is quite time consuming to use but I had over 8000 photos to fix.

The activation key this company sent me does not work. I have 48000 duplicates on my laptop and after all the time spent sifting thru them, I couldnt get my key to work and the software logged me out and I have to start over! I guess they were asleep in Romania where this software originated. Very, very BAD! The sent me the same key when I complained; same problem!
