The best test of this is that my dog likes this mat! She loves to lay on it when the sun is out. The mat is easy to clean (so far have used a whisk broom). It does a good job when its raining. Our old one held the water and the water seems to dissipate quickly from this one. We have this at the back door where the dogs come in and out through the doggie door and its soft enough for the dog to lay on and sun bathe. I imagine its also warmer than the deck itself since its a darker color. I recommend this product!

I put this floor mat in the screen room by our door, it replaced a years old useless one. When I work in the garden I usually wipe my shoes on the mat outside before entering the house. But I found I was still tracking in leaves and dirt, so this is perfect. I now wipe my garden shoes a second time, no more dirt and leaves in the house. I can just pick up the rug and shake it outside. I have not washed it yet, but I imagine it will be fine when I hose it off outside with a little soap if it gets muddy. Would purchase again for another entryway.

We needed a good rug for right inside our patio door. We had been using a rag rug but with kids and dogs running in and out, that rug slipped and slid and wouldnt stay put. I took a chance on this one and I dont think it will be going anywhere! It came rolled up tightly but after less than 24 hours, it was flat and holding its own. It is a great match to our other black entry rugs that we acquired at various point in time. (I cant do anything easy, like buying all my door mats at the same time so they match...) This is a great rug and will serve us well for a long time.

Cleans shoes easily, flat enough that low doors dont get caught, and doesnt slide around. Just what I wanted! Highly recommend! 10/10!

I formerly had a high pile mat at the main door my dogs use but one of them decided it was a puzzle I gave him to unravel. Well he succeeded and I wont make that mistake again. This mat from Hiyard is the perfect, uninteresting replacement. This mat is quite low profile, some might call it thin. I guess it is, but it still catches plenty of dirt from paws very effectively. It is easily vacuumed or, as I found the other day, sprayed off when someone tracks mud in on it. Honestly, I didnt expect it to capture as much dirt as the high pile mat did but it seems to be keeping up well. I do have to vacuum/shake it out more often but Ill take that over having more dirt on the rest of my floors any day. This mat stays in place well. My sweet idiots like to scamper and play and go nutso in the house on a regular basis and they have run across this mat (digging in with their back feet) multiple times and it has not moved. Surprising. It also feels quite secure the times *I* have actually been the one to walk on it or wipe my feet.

Got this little outdoor rug to put on my deck (which we are currently still building so it lives inside for another few days). I l wanted a small rug that would be the width of one door. I’m pleased with how thick it is, it’s heavy for its size. I am also very pleased by the texture, it will definitely capture mud and muck! It came rolled up so there weren’t any weird creases to work out, and it laid perfectly flat within moments of unrolling. Perfect little rug for my new deck.

This floor mat is very attractive and would be nice to use either outside or inside. I really like the low profile of the mat so it doesn’t get stuck under the door. The non-slip backing works very well. The design and color are really nice and the mat itself feels very sturdy/durable. It feels like it will hold up well. It’s very effective in keeping dirt and leaves outdoors. I would highly recommend this door mat.

I ordered this doormat for use at the side door, where my pup exits and enters several times per day. She comes in with wet, dirty paws. This mat catches the dirt and moisture before she walks through my house. The mat is thick, with a rubbery backing to keep it from slipping around on wood floors. This mat is durable. Its also easy to clean. When a spot cleaning wont do, I take it outside, spray it with cleaner, and hose it down. I let it air dry in the sun. Its that simple. I have cleaned it twice and it still looks new.
