I love this foot file. My feet have been a mess since I was 16 years old. Over the past 30 years Ive tried everything. Ive never been as happy with a file for as long as I have been with this one. I soak my feet for about 30 minutes in moisturizing epsom salt and then use the file. I wont say that it works miracles without some elbow grease, but its as if not more effective than regular coarse foot files. I clean it by scrubbing it with soap and water and then alcohol. You dont want to use too much pressure and for the top of the foot and ankle area use the polishing side very gently. The small file works great for the side of the big toe that always seems to be calloused. What I love the most is that its so long lasting. I definitely recommend trying this file if you want something long lasting and effective.

I had tried another scraper off amazon that looked more like a cheese grater that was well reviewed but I found very underwhelming and hardly worked with lots off efforts. took a chance to try this one and holy wow it actually works and quickly and easily grinds off thick hard calluses without much effort. I needed to try something to stop myself from picking and peeling calluses since other less destructive methods seemed like a waste of time. should have bought ages ago this thing decimates calluses and actually works on my gross feet.

Where has this been all my life? This tool makes all other files and buffers obsolete! I nearly didn’t order it because the surface didn’t look aggressive enough to deal with my scaly cracking feet. I couldn’t believe how quickly it removed all the dry skin and callouses with so little effort compared to every other method I’ve used. Be careful! It works so quickly and easily that I took off a bit too much skin in spots.

Very nice item. Use it on wet feet in the shower. It doesnt cut you or cause injury and makes your feet so soft! The tiny little file that pops out of the handle is perfect for under toes and small parts.
