My old filter was pretty bad. Had washed it numerous times and decided to bite the bullet and replace it. Found this on Amazon and it fit perfectly. Very easy to replace.

I bought a knock off filter, seemed to work ok BUT. It always had dust and lint on the top of the filter. So eventually ordered a REAL Dyson filter. My what a difference, no more dust/lint on top and suction much improved. Only OEM for me.

Instead of buying a new vacuum. Refurbish your old Dyson with parts off Amazon. Easy to do and makes the vacuum as good as new.

So, it work great and fits great. I was thrown off due to the one that came in ours was blue. That aside I was happy to change out the filter and the Dyson is working great.

I have a Dyson DC-25 Animal Vac and this new filter popped right in. Perfect fit. I had my old original filter that Ive washed over and over, but I felt it just wasnt getting clean enough. Youre supposed to wash them every 3 months. I read some reviews that getting a new filter increases the suction, and I have to say that is true! I felt like it increased it by maybe 25%. Thats significant. Im so glad I got this replacement! I feel like my old vac is new again! I was at first considering getting a cheaper knock-off after-market version, but I was reading reviews on those that they werent fitting quite right and werent working as well. Im glad I opted for this OEM filter. Its worth the extra $5 or so bucks. I always read reviews before purchasing, and find some quite helpful, so I hope you find this review helpful!

Needed a new filter and I like the fact it can be rinsed off. Fits my Dyson perfectly and works like a charm!

It captured the dust and pet hair and I easily removed the debris every time I swept. It takes seconds. Washing is easy but it takes at least 24 hours to dry. I used my hair dryer over after letting it dry overnight. I also dried it over my sink because more debris does come out.
