Dyson 969082-01, V10 Filter, Purple

They claim this is made by Dyson. Im not sure as mine has a really tight fit. The filter material seams thinner and it doesnt have the picture of the water faucet showing it being cleaned on the inside like my original has. It does work.

Well, these filters are visually similar to OEM Dyson, & they fit my V10 Animal vac perfectly. They dont suck...& I mean that in a good way. So lets see how they hold up.

I returned this expensive filter considering it wasn’t an actual Dyson filter. I paid more and didn’t expect a knockoff. This is definitely misrepresented and a scam. It’s been returned.

Doesn’t fit my vacuum. I had to force the filter on the top of my machine and it hardly would turn. Dyson products work correctly.

It works, but I hope that the filter doesn’t goes bad fast as you have to push it to place it

Was exactly what I was looking for and with the Dyson quality. Not a thin cheap knockoff product.

I ordered a filter directly from Dyson. It came without the tailcap decal, and was slightly more difficult (took more force) to install on our V10 than the original. This, ordered via Amazon, is exactly the same, so I have confidence it IS a Dyson OEM filter. Performance seem to be the same as the original filter supplied with the vacuum.

My house is home to dogs and cats and kids and elderly. As such, I vacuum (love, love, love my Dysart!) frequently. Once the filter needs to be washed, it takes 24 hours for it to dry before it can be reinserted into the vacuum. With a back-up filter, I can vacuum even if the original filter is still damp from being cleaned.

this piece did not fit our vacuum (even though it said it would) so we returned and ended up buying a an authorized Dyson replacement part and now it works like a new Vacuum
