> 3 daySeveral years ago I was so excited to get my first Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. Fast forward maybe six months later and I went to use it and it was trashed. My darling husband had come to the brilliant decision to use it to vacuum up after a drywall job. Hes not lived that one down but Im happy to have this vacuum now. What I like about it...strong suction power and how well it maneuvers and gets under furniture. We have dogs and it works well on our hardwood floors and rugs. Solid build quality, easy to empty, good battery life. What I dont like about it...doesnt stand up on its own, no on button (have to keep holding it down to vacuum). No printed manual (says to reduce environmental impact theyve moved it online.

> 3 dayPro: Great suction, picks up better than any cordless vac I’ve ever used including on low pile area rugs. Con: No automatic on button so you have to hold it down the whole time you’re using it No floor light…would like to be able to see what I’m vacuuming up or missing Worst manual I’ve ever seen and to add insult to injury, you have to go online to download it as it’s not even included in the box. Not sure I’d buy it again. For that much $$$, I expected more.

> 3 dayFinally took the plunge and upgraded from my 2012 Dyson Power Ball. I have 2 huskies and 2 cats, so fur is always at an all time high. I also have a 2.5 year old son, so vacuuming is not only a requirement now but needed to be effortless, effective, and show results. This vacuum especially when on sale is a steal. Setting up and syncing to the app was so simple, installation was straightforward, and value for money compared to results was incomparable. This isnt the current Dyson top-of-the-line but as someone who has lots of mixed carpet, hardwood, and all the pets and children, this was a life-changing purchase that I would highly recommend. #cordlessconvert

> 3 dayBrand new right out of the box the battery wont charge. contact Dyson for help, they say battery is bad and now I have to wait two more weeks to get a new battery. I opted for return of item as I am now un-impressed and have no faith in Dyson vacuums (how can they send out bad batteries with brand new stuff) especially when you are paying this much for their product ($428.00) would give no stars as we could not even try to use it.

> 3 dayTypical high quality Dyson design. The pet-hair-friendly heads are great! My only complaint, similar to another Dyson unit we have, is the vacuum unit clogs quickly when large pet hair amounts are taken up... important to empty canister frequently, or the vacuum channel becomes clogged - although its easy to clean when dumping the bin. Overall VERY happy with the unit.

> 3 dayI am so obsessed with this vacuum everything about it is off the charts! I had bought a different brand that was cheaper and it broke after 3 months. Amazon gave me credit for it so then I bought this one. I have 5 cats all of them have long hair so needless to say I vacuum multiple times a day. This vacuum doesn’t miss anything and can even vacuum a heavy rug I have that my big Shark vacuum can’t. I also love the attachments and the wall mount was really easy to install. It took me a little bit to figure out how to empty it but once I did it is really easy. Cannot recommend this vacuum enough it picks up everything on both hardwood floors and carpet. The fact that I have a clean place with 5 cats is largely due to this vacuum!

Greater than one weekSuch a great product. Incredible suction, big tank, and I like that it has three power levels.

> 3 dayThis model is awesome!!! It has a wonderful suction and has been easy to use. We have 2 Rotts and 1 potty and they tend to shed bit never fear because the vacuum works wonders. Its even good on hard wood floors. Its easy to take care of after use by hanging it up on its base. Such a great product.

> 3 dayI like the weight and it has great suction power on the max setting. Unfortunately, it drains the power in it after about 15 minutes of use. On lower setting, it works well on vinyl floor without scattering the dirt. Problem with emptying the canister with this model because it drops down and releases all the stuff you just got through accumulating. My Dyson Animal full-size vacuum never had this problem and I much prefer it over this smaller version, but its extremely heavy for me to use now since I cant lift that much weight after breaking two vertebrae in my back. I would have given it 5 stars except for the canister issue.

> 3 dayOrdered the V10 animal, received the V10 allergy. Apparently the vacuum is the same but the attachments are different. Asked for the attachments to be sent to me, Dyson said they couldn’t. They offered me $30 credit. I saw the two attachments missing were $75 on the Dyson website so asked for that much credited so I could order them. They counter offered with 0 refund and a sarcastic reply. So I paid for the Dyson Animal vacuum and didn’t get a credit or the product ordered. Good luck with this company. The vacuum itself works decent.
