Dyson Quick-Release Motorhead Cleaner for Dyson V8 Vacuums

> 3 dayBought the V8 Fluffy and realized immediately it wouldnt work well on carpet/rugs. Had to call Dyson to verify this model would work with the Fluffy, the model numbers were not a perfect match but I took a chance and bought this motorhead. Now the Fluffy is perfect for carpets/rugs and hardwoods. Total cost for the V8 Fluffy plus this carpet motorhead was $500, which was definitely more than I wanted to spend, but now I have the total solution.

> 3 dayI have tile floor, cement floor and wood floors. This Dyson is the best and in two years I had to replace the head as the other one was wore out and it also came with two filters and so easy to replace.

> 3 dayI bought this because my V7 motorhead brushes were falling apart and didnt want to go through that all over again. The brushes on this are much more robust, and this one is much better at pulling cat hair off the carpets! Yes, the V8 motor head works on the V7 vacuum. This one works best on carpet, and is just okay on hard floors. We use the soft motor head for hard floors.

> 3 dayThe vacuum works great and I’m glad that they sell the head parts separately. But I was surprised how expensive it is... Costs almost $100 just for this??! I spent about $400 for the original vacuum which came with multiple heads including this one, so I was expecting it to be $50-$60...
