Dyson V8 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

This vacuum is really incredible. Its quiet, lightweight, great maneuverability, easy to dump the dust canister, doesnt tangle hair, has a long lasting battery - and the suction is really amazing. Suction: The suction is extremely powerful, and far exceeds my expectations. There are 2 different suction/power settings, and on setting 2, its so powerful that I often find the vacuum getting stuck to my carpet. It is maybe even more powerful than my corded upright vacuum. Size: This vacuum is a great size. Its pretty light and very easy to maneuver. It steers very well and is in general a pleasure to use. The dust canister isnt huge, but it holds a lot of dust and hair. I typically have to empty it a couple times per cleaning session, but its quite easy to dump and this is not an issue. Attachments: The vacuum comes with the main brushroll, plus 3 attachments: one for dusting, a crevice tool, and a roller for removing hair from furniture. They all work very well and are very easy to attach. This vacuum is perfect for dusting and thats my favorite aspect of it. The brushroll is also great and I love how good it is at not tangling hair. Other rollers Ive used have a constant problem with tangling hair - but not this one. Noise level: Super quiet. Even on the high suction mode this vacuum is quiet. I usually need earbuds or earplugs when vacuuming, but not with this one. Thoughts: Overall - this is really an excellent vacuum. By far the best cordless stick vacuum I have used. The suction is amazing for such a small and lightweight device, and the battery lasts way longer than I expected. If you like the canister size and attachments, this is a great vacuum and you will love it.

Having to hold the trigger button down to keep the power running is the only thing I would ask to be different. Lightweight, Great suction, great battery life, super easy to use and clean! Easy to empty and long hairs don’t get tangled in the special beaters. Thay thought of everything including attachments and how easy they are to attach. Topping it off with a wonder wall hanging charging station!!

This is my first Dyson and now I know why everyone is crazy about these vacuum cleaners! This thing is AWESOME! This is my first cordless vacuum cleaner as well and I find it just amazing how easy it is to vacuum clean with this machine. It has excellent sucking power and it is easy to maneuver. Our granddaughter is needing a vacuum cleaner this fall for when she goes to college. She is NOT getting this one! I am keeping it! (I will be ordering her this model before she heads out to college)! I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone!

I like that it’s rechargeable. I love the interchangeable parts. It’s very powerful. I use it in the house. My daughter uses it in her car. My Dad has one which is why I purchased it. I love how easy it is to dump the dirt. My first time using I wasn’t aware of the max dirt level. The vacuum started hesitating when it was over the level. Now I know and am attentive to monitoring . I love it.

My starting point is having an old Dyson ball vacuum cleaner. That was great when we had carpet because of the suction power but now that we have wood and tile floors I really need something a bit more versatile. The stick vacuum takes up less space in the closet, easy to use that the kids can vacuum as part of their chores, and I love that I can use the small detached vacuum for the car and sofa…getting all those kiddy krumps.

I got this Dyson v8 to replace my v6 animal and its a great upgrade. I can clean my upstairs and downstairs before the battery dies. It has much stronger suction power and extra filtration. The max mode still runs the battery down faster so I avoid using it unless needed. The dust bin slides out for easy emptying, the vacuum is very lightweight and it can easily clean under tight spaces. Another great vacuum cleaner by Dyson.

I was so happy to get this vacuum!!! I’ve had a 500 pound Kirby my whole life that my kids always make fun of… I never knew what I was missing until I got this Dyson. Wow! I’m in love. This is so easy to use… and I can visually SEE the vacuum pulling the dirt out of my rug. Not to mention how easy it is to change it into a hand held vacuum and do my stairs! I’m simply amazed. I can maneuver this thing under my cabinets super easy too! It charges easily and stays charged a long time! I’m so happy with it. I put my old Kirby on the side of the curb. Lol Seriously…. Get one. It’s a life changer!

I just got my Dyson V8 in the mail the other day. My son ended up putting it together and he actually vacuumed and cleaned his whole room last night. Thats worth the price right there. (Ha Ha) And he is a teenager. Thats a Win/Win. He loved that the vacuum didnt have a chord and it was easy to carry around. We didnt have to lug our big bulky vaccum out of the closet. I am in love with this vacuum. I am actually excited to clean my house now. Thank you Dyson for such a light weight and compact vacuum that does a better job than other vacuums I have had in the past.
