Great buy for the price, easy to use and the internal rechargeable batter is much more convenient and cost effective than having to buy batteries every 6 months to a year. If you need customer service, send a message through the app and you receive a response in less than 24 hours. You cannot go wrong with this product.

I am loving the Dzees camera. It has excellent picture and is able to move directions when needed. I love being able to talk to people through it and get responses from them. My only issue is that it will pick up shadows moving of my trees off the ground and alert me. I do plan on getting another for the back side of my house.

Love the quality of picture for the price of this camera! Good battery life, lasts about 3 months until it needs to be charged. Would recommend working with Judy from the Dzees Team!

Being retired, I usually do extensive background checks using customer reviews before I purchase. I did the same with the 3 Dzess cameras that I purchased. Ok, I’m in my 70’s and setting up any kind of Wi-Fi system fills me with apprehension and I usually call my kids for information or have one of them set up the system. When I received my cameras I looked through the set up guide and thought I would give it a try before I called my son for assistance. We’ll, before I knew it the camera system was up and running, looking good. I was proud and my wife thinks I’m now some kind of tech genius…..she even gave me an extra glass of prune juice! Ok, just kidding about the prune juice but it’s an easy set up and great pictures day and night. My neighbors saw the live views on my phone when I was at their house and they are also purchasing Dzess cameras to upgrade their old video system. Battery life is still holding at 100% after two weeks so I think that’s gonna be good. The camera will tell you if your Wi-Fi signal is weak in your chosen mounting spot and you may have to buy a Wi-Fi extender to strengthen the signal but again, an easy inexpensive fix. You can set a sleep period for your cameras which will prevent notifications when you’re outside puttering around. My wife goes to “live view” to check on me from time to time and it has voice function so she can talk to me (like I’m listening) Highly recommend these cameras to all my people…great quality at a great price………OK…..6 month update…..cameras working perfectly. Operating on 50% original charge which is great and is almost unbelievable……..good product. Buy with confidence.

This review has been edited from its original form AFTER working with the company to resolve the problems I experienced with cameras and facilitated their return. Ultimately, all three cameras I bought were returned. I really wanted to like and keep these cameras. The cameras have excellent video quality and clarity. The area that I wanted to cover with security camera coverage was an easy task for these cameras to accomplish. I knew little about how wireless PTZ cameras functioned before I bought the Dzess cameras. It was learning on the fly. The initial problems I had with the cameras, were a delay in the recording of the motion detected event. Some of that could have been explained or rectified by Dzees technical support. However, it was a struggle to contact Dzess technical support. In fact, after an initial request for clarification on the functioning of their app, I never heard back from them again. That ultimately lead to the return of the cameras. I had sent multiple emails and feedback requests through their app, as their manual had suggested. No response. Ever. Eventually I was able to, via email, contact a customer representative who apparently was trying to answer my requests for tech support. Not being able to contact technical support directly, by email or by feedback contact was out of the ordinary in my experience. I also had issues with their app working only some time. I decided to return the cameras by then. The representatives did offer me replacements and were very apologetic, but this was well after the many emails and requests had gone unanswered. My 30 days return window had long been closed by the time I was getting any assistance from them. They did refund the complete purchase price to me. The cameras themselves I think are quality cameras that perform well. I think that Dzess is experiencing growing pains, as countless new companies do. Their manufacture plant is based in China, as so many camera companies are now. That perhaps could have contributed to commutations problems that I dealt with. I could not seem to get their representatives to understand what the issues with the cameras were. It would have been so more appropriate, and less complicated, had I been able to clarify the problems with tech support. I explained to Dzees, had that occurred, I would probably still own the cameras today.

I’m really tickled with this camera system. I purchased two stationary camera w/ solar for both sides of my house and one 360 camera for my porch to be able to look around (I have a huge porch). So my favorite functions like movement detection, 2-way speaker, the app (the free basic app is still enough!) are top notch. And then the great quality of picture makes this system definitely worth every penny. No need to debate or compare to other systems… just go ahead and get it!!

This camera has a long lasting battery life and very clear picture. It also has night vision and turns 180 degrees. It has an alarm and bright light as well. I love this camera and will be another one.

I bought this camera to monitor the inside of my house while I am on a long trip. It was easy to setup and connects to the 2.4 GHz WIFI through the Dzees app. I rigged the camera to a 2x4 (90 degree) so that I can move it around inside the house. Because it can rotate 360, I am able to see my living room, dining room and a couple of other rooms, making sure windows are closed/opened. Also, my sister was not able to locate a set of pans in my kitchen. I asked her to bring the camera into the kitchen and I was able to direct her to the location through the 2-way talk. This is the advantage of 100% wireless, both battery and WIFI. The other important things for security cameras are the resolution and the app. Although the resolution is 1080p, the quality of the pictures is still crystal clear with a 130 degree angle. I do wish they carry it in 4K. The Dzees app is very fast and it has all of the functionalities, including siren, zoom, 2-way talk, etc...
