I have used this several times and each time I have been happy with the performance. The cutting is clean, the bit stays sharp and does a good job ejecting wood chips up and out of the way.

This upcut spiral 1/4 router bit came in a standard plastic end mill case that protected it during transit. However, the case had no labeling on it and the bag it came in was rather cryptic as well. The first thing I did was label the small case. The nano-blue coating covered the top end of the bit evenly and cleanly. The spiral bit cut down to create grooves for mortises very nicely and easily. Also, the same for several dados I cut in walnut and maple. The top edge was just ok but that is to be expected in a upcut bit. The upcut does clear away debris nicely. The bit was sharp and stayed that way through the jobs I have done so far. Very Decent bit that should serve me for quite a while.

I absolutely love this bit. Used it last night for the first time. Great finish, great price. What more could you want in a bit?

This is a great bit for the price. I ordered the 1/4 shank upcut bit with a 1 cutting length and 2-1/2 overall bit length. This is one of my workhorses on the CNC for milling pockets. It is sharp and leaves a decent finish. It would have been nice to have a label on the case, but you can easily identify if it is an upcut or downcut by spinning it in your fingers and watching the flutes. I will be buying more from this brand.

This bit is especially good at plunge-cutting dadoes quickly and cleanly. Its an upcut bit, meaning that it pulls the chips OUT of the groove instead of pushing them down inside, where they can slow cutting action. Weve not used this bit on a router table so far, but similar upcut bits are especially useful on a table because they actually pull the work down slightly, and help keep the piece tight to the table. Cant comment on the longevity of the bit because we havent had it that long, but no reason to think it wont last for quite awhile before needing sharpening. Recommended.

This EANOSIC carbide upcut 1/4-inch diameter router bit is well-made and sharp. I am using it to make grooves and slots in aluminum on a small CNC mill. It handles the material without issue. The bit comes with a nano-blue coating that should help dissipate heat and lengthen bit life. The end mill’s shank is labeled with the bit’s size and type information, which makes it easy to identify. So far it is working well, and I am glad to have in my selections of router bits.
