Purchased these for our grandsons new swing set using the assembly pieces purchased on Amazon. Their mom preferred these type of swings for easier use by the kids rather than the flat bottom seats. They are working out as expected.

When my grand girls received a second-hand play structure, the swings were in bad shape. We replaced them with swings Eastern Jungle Gym swings and the girls have been swinging happily since. Great products!

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ordered two pairs for an Eastern Jungle Gym Swing set. One box was missing snap hooks, possibly lost during shipping as the shipping box had gaps between packing tape. Eastern Jungle Gym promptly sent replacements. QUALITY / DURABILITY: The hardware itself is sturdy and built better. While we were waiting for the replacements we used a couple of snap hooks from a swing seat we already had. Felt that they were flimsy / thin in comparison to the Jungle Gym ones. The chains are long enough and the yellow plastic coating is soft to touch & pinch free as advertised. The green belt seat is pliable and looks sturdy. All said and done, they are plastic, so we plan to bring them indoors during winter to avoid weathering / cracking. Hoping theyll last longer that way.
