> 3 dayI bought this heat pillow as a surface to do smaller work, but it is too squishy for ironing smaller work (like with a mini heat press iron). Im new to htv and cutting machines and figured it was simply supposed to be difficult to press with enough force. Then I got a different heat pillow included with a new iron and it is much firmer which is more of what you need for the firm pressing you need for htv. If you need this item for larger work and use some of the larger irons, this will work great! Using a smaller iron makes the surface puff up around your work, though and it can be difficult to get the proper pressure without slipping your htv or iron-on. It would also be an excellent piece to put inside of an item to protect any liners or htv you may place elsewhere (ie htv on both the front and back of a shirt). For the small pencil cases I was doing with smaller design work and a small iron surface, it was very tricky to get the items ironed on properly. If you use an iron that is at least 6x6 inches, then this may do the trick. Otherwise I would recommend getting a more conventional heat press pillow.
