So, Ive been in the market for a decent surge protector for a while. Ive had the cheap dollar store one...even splurged on the Walmart brand as well. Thing is, they either didnt last long, or I knew they wouldnt protect my electronics sufficiently. I started researching protectors after I got a PS5, and this one checked every box for me. The joules, price, and the overall quality mattered most. This thing is pretty sleek, and actually looks kinda cool with the green protector /grounded lights. Now, only time will tell how well it performs, but I feel confident in my purchase. It came with a warranty, and also a rebate on my next Echogear purchase! The item arrived on time, professionally packaged, and was exactly as described. So, if you are in the market for a decent surge protector, then look no further. Youll want to have your expensive electronics protected, so why not invest in a quality product!

Very well built. Used to replace a old power strip which was causeing my pc to turn on by itself. The low profile was needed as i strap this with zip ties to a bar on a table that rolls. The power surge protection is a plus. I have not had a issue of my pc turning on by itself after switching to this new power strip. The build of this power strip is a lot better than what i was expecting for the price. I would 100% recomend this if you need a lower profile quality power surge protection power strip.

I was looking for an affordable surge protector that wasnt too cheap, but wasnt too fancy, and this one fits the bill. The led lights are a nice added feature, and I like how the on/off button is recessed so it can be hit by accident.

We have had this surge protector since 2019. A computer is connected to it. We have had several thunderstorms during that time, a number of which had close lightning strikes. Although there was no damage to any electronics in the house from that strike, that computer was actually powered on during the storm, and there was not damage to it. As a side note, I like the clear LED visible as it makes it easy to determine that the surge protector is still working and has not sacrificed itself to protect the equipment plugged into it. (Update 7/28/2022: The surge protector is still in service three years after purchase with my sons computer connected to it. )
