Hard to program and set up.

If you have someone you really do not like, buy them one of these. Theyll will be driven insane trying to make them work. Out of 4, Ive been able to make two work as advertised. The software is bush-league and the switches are poor build quality.

Ive bought two of these and so far both have blown after only using each for a month or so. I had these connected to an air conditioner that was below the 125v power supply and 10v load current max and they both unexpectedly stopped working and will not power back on. Not worth it I youre using these for air conditioners.

It fails to mention in the description that if your internet isnt 2.4ghz it will not work for you. I have 5ghz and it will not work!! Do not buy this crap from China guys

This was impossible to connect to Alexa. Returned and purchased an actual Amazon plug.

Received this set in a cute little little box. The setup is super easy and intuitive. The app interface is simple and highly functional as well. I would recommend it!

I understand you have to go through a third party app installation in order to connect to the Google home. But what do not me expectation was that I had to connect to the plug in every single day. It completely forgot the plug in for a week straight.

Doesn’t link up with your Alexa. Buy a different one.

It’s an outlet that requires an app, as email verification code, Bluetooth connect and then your wifi password. Just turn on my light guy. Plus it’s straight from China so I don’t trust it.

Works in plug just fine. Will not connect with Alexa. Noticed the app has comments of this as well.
