Greater than one weekWill be replacing all our hot-burning halogens with these eventually. Only draw back is that they dont seem to have rear illumination - i.e. if you have a colored glass shade on the light (we use these in WAC track lights with burnt orange glass shades) it wont illuminate the whole shade, only the front. (See pictures: 1st is of halogen bulb in shade, illuminating both the front and back of the shade, 2nd is this EcoSmart GU10 LED bulb, illuminating just the front of the shade). Still will change them all out to prevent fire hazard and extend the life of the bulbs. They are dimmable, which is a nice feature.

> 3 dayAwesome awesome awesome. So ******* bright that i had to aim way above eye level and i have 12 ft ceiling where we have a 3 way round track light fixture. These replaced the 3 60 watt halogen bulbs. I wish all my garage lights were this type.

Greater than one weekWe’ve used the bulbs for a little less than a month now. Our first one blew out today. Definitely not worth the money. Now we have to figure out how to change it. Our ceilings are 18 feet high, and the chandelier we have gets tangled easily (hence getting bulbs that supposedly last 22 years). Save your money and buy something else.

> 3 daySo far the lights nave been perfect for replacing energy hogging, hot, halogen bulbs and they are very close in color temperature to the halogens I am replacing (I replace them as they burn out, 12 lights in a soffitt installation). Its been very difficult finding the proper color temperature (most trend toward cool-blue-ish) which does not match the warm yellow of incandescents (regardless of whether the advertised color temperature being warm).

> 3 dayI bought these LED lights to replace my original range hood halogen (50-watt) lights. My old halogen lights still worked after 10-years of use, but they created an incredible amount of heat and each light bulb used 50 watts. I have two bulbs on my range hood. These new LEDs are phenomenal. The lights have a nice color rendering (Kelvin), uses an incredibly small amount of energy, and doesnt create much heat. Im using these lights for my Broan Range hood and there are 3 light setting options. I was a little worried about potential flicker which seemed to be an issue for some people after reading some reviews of other light bulbs. I have no such issues with these lights. Overall I am very happy with these lights and I would highly recommend them. I should have just purchased them many years ago.
