Effax Leather Combi 17 OZ

In researching leather cleaners, particularly for leather purses, I came across info that recommended this product specifically because it does not break down the stitching and leaves no residue (as some other products do). After trying the product, I am completely sold on it ~ it cleans beautifully, dries evenly and quickly and, as promised, leaves no residue. It also did not darken the stitching as other products Ive used have done. I will definitely purchase Leather Combi again.

This is a great conditioner/cleaner for tack. During the hot very humid summers I normally take my tack home since lockers at the barn are not in a climate controlled room and mold shows up quickly. This past summer however while using this product I could typically go 5 days before I needed to clean the tack and only took it home once when I was going to be gone over a week.

Best leather cleaner hands down! Gets the sticky grime off your tack and leaves it ready for a leader balsm. This is my go to for tack cleaning.

I use this on all of our tack and my own boots and it works great. Especially if you have to get into any cracks or crevices.

I found this stuff in a horse accessories shop after I discovered my leather A2 jacket in the closet covered in fuzzy mold. I learned that day what a little humidity in the closet can do to a fine leather jacket. I read online about mixing alcohol with water to clean it but that didnt really help with the horrible mold smell that now infested my jacket. So thats how I ended up at this horse shop. The girls there were super friendly and guided me to this product. They said it worked great on boots, gloves and saddles and should remedy my problem. Sold... I wiped down the entire jacket with the Effax using a microfiber dusting cloth, let it dry for a while, and now the jacket smells great! No more raunchy mummy pit smell. Smells lightly of honey bees wax now, which I like. The jacket darkened a bit during use, but lightened back to the original color when dry. Great product, complimented the job with a light coating of the Effax leather balm.

This is easy to use and is the only product recommended by one saddle maker- it soaks in easily and really conditions!

Not at all what I thought. If you dont have a horse I dont see the use of this product.
