Efferdent Denture Cleanser - 252 Tablets

I use these for Invisalign and a bite-guard. They are excellent at removing stains and even better at getting rid of that icky odor. So happy with this product, much cheaper than Invisalign specific cleaners.

I carry two reusable water bottles everyday. I wash the with warm soapy water every evening and allow them to air dry, so I was shocked and grossed out to discover small mold spots forming in them. I read that denture cleaning tablets are a good & cheaper alternative to tablets marketed for cleaning water bottles. I ordered these, along with the Oxo brush set. As soon as I received my order today I dropped two tablets in each bottle and filled them with warm water. Let them sit less than an hour, and I could see a difference immediately. My bottles look brand new! I plan to continue to wash my bottles daily and give them the tablet treatment once per week, so these should last me awhile.

I use a half of a tablet in the AM (with warm water, good trick!) and again in the PM while I get ready or wash up. It keeps my aligners clean, clear and fresh. Warm (not hot) water works best, and you need to wait until the water turns from blue to clear. Thats when its done.

We know it is a good product, I had no problem with that. However, I found that a few of the individual tablet packages were punctured or had a small tear in them, and they just didnt seem like a fresh product. Could just be my imagination, but it seemed like it was old stock. I threw away those few that looked to have a problem, and the rest seem to do the job just fine, so not a major problem, and like I said, could be my imagination, but the condition was just a bit troubling.

I use these tablets for cleaning my coffee pot and thermoses every so often to remove coffee stains that brushing doesnt address. These tables work great for that purpose.

I never write review but I have to for this. It cleans so well and leaves my retainer spotless. LOVE love love this!! much better than the competitor brand and cheaper too. Just a tab and hot water! I will buy again for sure!

I dont have dentures, but I do have Invisalign retainer trays. Brushing them with a toothbrush and toothpaste (what Invisalign recommends) was leaving white residue and I couldnt get down into the little crannies. Someone told me to try denture cleaner, so I bought these. They work so well! They get my retainers so clear. I just wish I had known about them for the 11 months of treatment when I had my trays. Would have saved a lot of frustration. If you have Invisalign, get these!

I have been using Efferdent for over 8 years and find it very effective in cleaning a partial plate. The only thing I dont like is that once in a while I get a tablet that is spotted and does not turn the water blue and it does not fizz. My plate does not get as clean either. I cannot return the packet or the box because I live in Mexico and it is too expensive to return to the U.S. Also, it may be the only defective tablet in the box or the envelope.

Getting them from Amazon lets me avoid buying them from clerks at Walgreen who feel the need to tell everyone what you are buying. I take the opportunity to warn the other customers to avoid certain dentists, like Alex Jones father, a local dentist with a reputation for telling obscene jokes to his female patients while ruining their teeth..
