> 3 dayLearning: I did not know how to skateboard before getting this board, and this has been awesome for learning. I picked it up pretty quickly, and found the wide body and large wheels much more comfortable than a friends pennyboard. Why I chose this board: I was looking to commute to class each day and wanted longboard stability as well as portability. I am also am not a fan of the plastic body of pennyboards. Why Im an eggboard fan: Riding around is just so fun. I enjoy going to office hours or heading anywhere on campus since I get a chance to ride my eggboard. I love supporting this small brand, which really cares about the experiences of its customers. Its also convenient that I always know which board is mine when grabbing it after class has ended. Plus, I get compliments and comments on it all the time!

> 3 dayWhen I first received my Eggboard I actually laughed at how small it was and wondered how both my feet would fit together on the deck. Feels solid when I picked it up, Ready-To-Ride out the box. The first thing I noticed is that the wheels stick out past the deck width about an inch or so. Have to be careful not to rub the wheel with my shoe or could face plant in an instant. After taking note I began my journey in the Financial District of SF to the waterfront where the sidewalks are new and wide. Right off the bat this ride was butter smooth. The softer wheels really cushion the road and the bearings seem to roll for days! Ive used skateboards almost all my life (my first deck was a Roskopp) and I dont think Ive ever had a more smoother ride. I do get some crazy looks from folks as I cruise by but the size really is perfect for my commute. It can fit IN a backpack but I just hook it to my bag that has the sew-in board straps. If your love a long board but dont want to lug it around this is worth a ride. If you are looking to grind, ollie, or whip around in the drained pool, this will kill you.

> 3 dayImagine sitting on a bus and watching cyclists and skaters moving past you, that was me before because I couldnt bring my longboard on a part of my commute sooo I was out of luck. THEN I bought an Eggboard and problem solved!!!! Strap it to my backpack and now I can be outside more. Very stable and fun to ride. Good deck and turns smooth.

10-06-2025If you’re on the fence about taking the plunge on this board, don’t be! It is QUALITY. And so much fun! I am a beginner and it was very easy to use. Rides extremely smooth and did not have to make any adjustments out of the box. The small size is a big plus as I will be using it to get around my campus. I am 5”3, 115lb F and It is comfortable to carry. On top of that, eggboards customer service is unmatched. I was able to have a conversation with the owner regarding tips and tricks he might share to a new rider. Never had that kind of interaction with a company before. 10/10 would recommend this company!

> 3 dayRight out of the box, it’s smooth and stable. It took a bit of time to get used to the short deck, but once you get the hang of it, it’s lots of fun! Great quality: the deck feels solid, and the trucks and wheels are good for general cruising.

> 3 dayHaven only been long boarding for a few months, and starting college at a UC I wanted to longboard across campus, however with lecture halls not being 44inch pintail friendly I wanted a hot-fix. I stumbled across this product in my recommended on YouTube, and wow am I impressed, the board glides, turns on a dime, and fits nicely into my backpack. 100% recommend this to anyone who has long boarded before, I wouldn’t suggest getting this if you’re an absolute beginner, but once you get the basics down invest in this.

> 3 dayI just got my eggboard yesterday, and I am already in love. I had never skateboarded or longboarded before I got this awesome thing, and yet I had no issues picking up how to ride it. Its so fun to cruise around the street on. Im excited to get on it again. The size is perfect and even though its short, the egg shape widens the deck and makes it so your feet arent dangling off and you can maintain balance. Im in my early 20s and not particularly athletic and a complete novice. But I am having so much fun with my eggboard. If you are itching to buy one, do it. You wont regret it. Its as fun as it looks.

> 3 dayIt’s interesting and there’s a bit of a learning curve if you’re accustomed to skating on regular size/longboards. I do like the portability of it though. Build quality seems good overall, but there’s a lot of squeaking. I know the bushings need to be broken in. I’ve adjusted the trucks to my liking. Longboard type ride but tiny! Goes on an airplane (fits in carry on size standards).

> 3 dayIm a student at UCSB, and I skate 2 miles each way to class. I normally stay faithful to my landyachtz bamboo pintail longboard, but midterm stress and compulsive internet shopping led me to where you are now, reading the comments on this funky little board to see if it actually rips, or if it rips you off.... I thought there was no way I would spend over $50 per foot of board, but after seeing the comments and some videos, I had to order it just to see it. I planned to kick it around inside, and send it right back, because I didnt believe that this board would be rideable, let alone fast. And then I rode the board. This board rips. Not just a small tear on the corner of a page, but rips the pavement like a young child opening presents on Christmas morning. This board feels really fast. Like really fast. I thought it would be as stable as a primary carbocation, but this thing is as stable as a benzene ring. I expected whited sepulchers but I received a hall of mirrors. I expected a scrambled egg but received a golden egg. Not only was this board 90% as fast as the longboard I have been perfecting for the last 2 years, but it fits on my backpack straps like a charm. No longer will I have to be skate-boardless when I travel. The eggboard is truly tiny. Also, I had no expectation for a functional tail, but the last 2 inches of the board make the tail remarkably useful, even while keeping it stable enough for riders who do not typically use a tail. Remarkable feat of engineering. And if all that wasnt enough, Paolo reached out to me personally after registering my LIFETIME warranty, thanking me for supporting his small business passion project. A product this good could only have come from an even better business model. Sure enough I aced those midterms, and sure as hell Im keeping this board.
