Was expecting a more scratch-resistant product. I wiped my thumb across the screen and left scratches once I installed it. :(

Amazing and perfect

I needed a new screen for a Gameboy I recently restored and this fit the bill. It was priced right and delivered very quickly. Install was easy and straightforward. I prepped my surface with rubbing alcohol and placed the screen after it dried. Works great! Cons - the backside of the screen was dirty and had fingerprints on it. I had to think far ahead enough to clean the backside before installing. Pros- excellent fit. It sits very flush and looks very good on the restored unit. I knocked off a star because the shape of the screen hole is not absolute perfect compared to the old one, but good enough. Additionally, having the clean the fingerprints off the backside before installing was disappointing. I’m thankful I caught it before sticking it down.

Did not fit correctly. Its slightly larger than the original screen cover.

Its an exact fit, everything was printed properly. I opened up the Game Boy to fix the actual screen after applying the new lens, gently wiped it from the inside to remove dust, and it still stuck. Just make sure to clean any old, crusty adhesive from the Game Boy before sticking it on. Nail polish remover works great for that.

It was easy to install. After carefully takijng off the old cover, cleaning all around and taking off the glue someone tried to use, installing the new one was really fast. No glue needed to be used as it had its own adhesive for it. A must but if you are restoring your old Game Boy system.

My 13 year old son asked me to purchase this item for him. He was able to install it himself and his Gameboy looks brand new now.

Fit our GB perfectly. Remember to clean old glue residue before applying.
