I’ll get right to the point! Extremely disappointed and upset on this 4 1/2 rating this headphone has! I’m starting to believe it’s just because it brings a huge smile to children which it did with mine BUT, after two replacements the left speaker DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY! Meaning that it outputs a lower volume than the right side, for which, CAN LEAD TO your child having suffering of HEARING PROBLEMS!! Your child won’t mention it because they are innocent. My child didn’t say anything until I tried them myself and felt so bad! And for the record I did not try a third time because the return process is too much! So, BEWARE! I would NOT RECOMMEND these headphones although they seem nice.
