It was very easy to use, and blew up MANY balloons. Will get overheated but after really long use. I enjoyed using.

it blows up fast

The two tying tools, two rolls 16.4ft balloon tape strips, two rolls balloon glue dot stickers, and two flower clips were not included. I cannot speak on machine performance because I have not used it yet, but be aware.

I blew up about 10 ballons, and the unit started to smell. Do not buy this particular one. Sent it back for refund
