The doctor didnt exactly know what to do about the calluses on my toes. Shoes not too tight/short. Cause a bunch of pain. Somehow I ran across this little device. removes calluses, letting me know when Ive reached the toe below (it slowly starts to hurt--there is NO pain as it wears the dead skin away). Also removes the annoying deat skin around t he base of the heel. It is so useful, and necessary, and inexpensive, that I bought a 2nd one and sets of the replaceable sanding drums (that pop in and out easily). All in all an amazing tool.

Although it works kind of slow, it gets the job done with minimal effort from you. Its best to use sitting down in the shower, unless you prefer standing for 10 minutes on one foot at a time.
