Nice enclosure. Easy to assemble. Cute but maybe price could be lower?

Im writing this using the Pi I installed in this case. I bought this because it had a large heat sink. That proved to be a good thing, once I got it working. It runs cool enough, the fan is quiet although it would have been nice to have a temperature-controlled fan. The connectors are super-accessible, but Im a bit nervous about the power, HDMI, and audio connectors. Until I can get a KVM switch, I will have to connect and disconnect at least the audio plug. The back connectors and the SD slot are nicely done. One final problem; at least 2 of the screw holes for the acrylic side panels are stripped, and I didnt apply a lot of torque to the screwdriver. Still, its the best Pi case Ive used, and I highly recommend it.

Nice case that keeps the overclocked Pi nice and cool. But after a couple of weeks the fan starts to get noisy.

I have it installed and it looks great, we are going to present it at an IT Expo as an economical solution with a very good presentation.

Easy install and perfect fit. If I built another I’d buy it again

I purchased this for a pi 4B. The assembly instructions were great. The unit looks great. Access to the sd card is fantastic. Materials and workmanship are great. It looks nice sitting on my desktop and although its a little larger than a compact pi case, I love looking at it.

I do really like the case and it fits my Ice Tower Cooler great. I was however a bit disappointed in the little plastic screws that hold the plexi on the sides. They do not hold well at all, <sarcasm>you would think a tiny plastic screw that barely grabs into a metal housing would work great</sarcasm>, the longer black screws work much better but they do not include enough of them to get the job done. In the end the case is ok, if you dont mind missing a few screws(purely aesthetics though)

I was a bit picky when looking for a Pi4 case as I wanted to have complete access to all of the GPIO pins. I also wanted a case that had a fan to cool the heat sinks on the Pi4 since they are known to come hot. Assembly of the case was straight forward.

... and that is the fact that the screws strip out with very little pressure due to design of the mounting holes on the case. Actually, they are not holes at all, but semicircular channels in the shape of the letter C, so that the screws only make partial contact with the channel. Worse, the screws expand the channels as they are tightened and the result is that it is impossible to tighten the screws snugly. Its a shame, because there is so much I like about the case otherwise. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the screw attachment problem negates any and all positives.

It takes quite a bit more assembly than the standard RPi case, but it was all done in ten minutes. It looks great, and seems substantial. I got worried when the first review for this case (which was added after I made the purchase but before I received it) was two-stars, claiming that the fan doesnt work. I dont know what that means exactly; does the fan run but it doesnt cool the CPU? Does it not run at all? Anyway, my fan works perfectly well. The case is great; its nice that it relocates the GPIO pins so that theyre accessible without opening the case, as well as clearly labeled. Theres lots of lights, but to be honest, if it was all up to me, Id probably coordinate the lights so that theres only one color. This way, theres a red light on my pi board, theres a white light in the fan, and theres blue and red lights on the GPIO relcator card; not to mention all of these lights are seen through green plexi-glass. So its a bit of a mess aesthetically in my humble opinion. Id almost rather the sides be black or tinted dark for a more clean look. Nevertheless, it works gloriously, and the fan isnt obnoxiously loud.
