Elegance Carry On Suitcase, 20” Hardside Luggage with TSA Lock, Spinner Wheels - Blue Grey

The lock stopped working and locked me out of the suitcase on my second use. I had to break into it. Additionally, the handle never went all the way up, meaning I have to bend down to hold it. Expensive suitcase with horrible quality.

I received a clearly used suitcase that mustve been returned because of how easily it get damaged or it magically was acquired those scuffs and scratches in just a cardboard box.

I loved this luggage for my first trip. It scratched easily, but that didn’t bother me. Then trip 2 the wheels became a bit stiff. Trio 3, 9 months later and the rubber handles have torn. Great physical design and color but needs better quality materials. I’d love a replacement but will deal with the janky handle for now unless there’s warranty or a new candle can be replaced. Wanted to love this bag but it should have held up 9 months as only a carry on and it did not.

Everything came! The packing cubes also came, I just had to open one of the pockets inside the suitcase and it was there! Suitcase came well protected in two sturdy boxes (Amazon box and brand box) as well as covered in a soft bag to help prevent scratches. It has instructions on how to reset the TSA lock. Perfect so far. I went online to see reviews abt this company and many say it’s pretty good. I will be taking it internationally so I’ll edit my review when I come back!

Will recommend to anyone who needs sturdy and cute luggage.

The design looks great and shows up nicely packaged in a protective sleeve. Now I know why. It got terribly scratched and scuffed up on the first trip. Went from looking great to looking trashed with one trip. There are no internal or external pockets, although it did ship with storage pouches that come in handy. Basically it’s overpriced for what it is. It really needs something to protect the outer shell or tougher material.

I got 2 identical ones of these suitcases and after just 1 flight BOTH of them have been damaged!

This luggage is very beautiful and very chic. The texture feels good to the touch and has a very sturdy design. The 360 degree wheels are very smooth and easy to move around and do the job very well. I only wish it had more space, but then again it’s a carry on luggage and airlines have specific dimensions.

Purchased 4 sets of 24/20 for transcontinental and international travels. These are gorgeous. They have smooth wheels. I really like the fact that both sides of the suitcase have liners with zippers to keep things in place.
