It cracked after 1 few months and 2 uses. I must have knocked it but its a suit case. Now there is a 4 inch crack, i dont really think I can use it anymore.

I wanted to love it, but it arrived wirh several scuffs and scratches.

Everything came! The packing cubes also came, I just had to open one of the pockets inside the suitcase and it was there! Suitcase came well protected in two sturdy boxes (Amazon box and brand box) as well as covered in a soft bag to help prevent scratches. It has instructions on how to reset the TSA lock. Perfect so far. I went online to see reviews abt this company and many say it’s pretty good. I will be taking it internationally so I’ll edit my review when I come back!

Travel weekly and this is holding up well. I like that it comes with packing cubes and that each side of the case zips closed. Rolls easily and has stood up to tough handling when checkered. I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this bag for a weekend trip to California. This bag was Gate Checked one time underneat the plane and the zipper handle into the locking mechanism broke. I was really excited to have this Level 8 but i feel a less expensive item would hold up better. Buyer Beware... :(

The bf ordered this and he absolutely loved it , sleek, elegant and minimalist style. He loved the compartment nets inside of it . So far he’s only used it for one trip but it’s a hit .

ELEGANT , STURDY AND COMPACT

The luggage looks solid (I haven’t used it yet, so can’t tell about the quality).

I bought this suitcase because I needed a smaller checked suitcase for a shorter trip. It’s a great looking suitcase out of the box but after one trip with direct flight there and back, the suitcase now has massive scrapes, scratches, and gouges on it. The damage doesn’t affect the use of the case but the scrapes are massive eyesores. Make me wonder how many trips this will last. For the price, you could probably find something more durable.

Only used once, it has damage on it..I will update pic tmr morning…but it is very nice design…really like the looks…but it is not very sturdiness.
