Works well. Does the job. But was recommended to be used with my saturn. Its a lot smaller

The item description says its not for water washable resin, but it works fine for me. I assume theyre talking about dropping models directly into the basket, where the agitation could possibly cause pieces to break off as they rattle around. I wash everything directly on the build plate and it works fine. I consider this a necessary item for my preferred workflow. I used pickle jars and a stand alone UV curing box for a while but I just found it all too cumbersome. Maybe Im just lazy. Im fine with that.

This Elegoo product is a great match for my Mars 3. It is easy to use and setup and takes up a small amount of space.

Spent 10 months begging for customer support. Went through six elegoo representatives before being shipped a replacement wheels for wash machine and it took another month to recieve in mail. Took an hour to replace the two wheels and discovered the problem to still exist. The motor and wheels grind on eachother and machine is totally inoperable. Extremely frustrating! Bought an anycubic wash to replace this and works perfect. Shame on you for terrible support elegoo.

This item is not strictly necessary but It makes post processing prints so much easier. No fiddling around with big tubs or jars of IPA or leaving your prints out in the sun. For the price this thing pays for itself very quickly in time saved. Since Ive been using this theres much less mess involved in the entire printing process.

UPDATE: I BOUGHT THIS in March 2022 the light board stopped working but elegoo did send me a replacement but NOW the spinner on the wash bucket wont work. Works and does its thing it washes and cures

I bought this a while ago after I bought my printer. I tried a small ultra sonic cleaner for nail techs and cured my prints by setting them in the sun and both were just bad ideas so I went ahead a bought this wash and cure station and it made things so much easier! Theres not much to say aside from it works! I was worried it wouldnt clean as well as an ultra sonic cleaner but I havent had any problems with it washing my prints at all. They come out looking great then just swap the bucket for the plate and run it for a minute or two on both sides and it cures my prints very well. Ive also used it to wash and cure prints from small furniture for D&D to full 1 foot tall statue prints.

When they work, theyre great, maybe I just got bad units. The washing station has magnets in the base that rotate, but the connection to the motor came loose and the screw no longer can be tightened enough to stop the magnets from separating and grinding up against the plastic. Even with glue, Ive had to open the base multiple times to fix this problem and as far as I can see, its a flaw in the design. The curing station has a different problem, whatever sensor detects the cover being placed on the unit is faulty or just a bad design as well. Sometimes it works, other times I have to jam something between the cover and the wall to make the connection tighter to trigger the unit to work instead of beeping errors at me incessantly. Overall, these two machines have disappointed me quite a bit. Elegoo makes great printers, but these machines need to be designed better, especially for the price. My advice is to buy something else. I wish I could return mine.

Made cleaning up my resin prints so much easier. Great product for the price.
