This little thing ig great. It allowed me to attach my AirTag in my backpack in an inconspicuous place where it cant be seen unless you go looking really hard for it. I actually mounted it with the AirTag inside, and the mounting bar on the outside, and its almost invisible. Tests with Find my AirTag worked great; no problems with finding it even mounted inside the bag.

I mounted this directly to the inside of my hard ski case to hold my AirTag. I’ve had far too many trips where my skis don’t arrive at the same time I do. I used a 5/32 drill bit and used the backing plate as a hole template. I screwed directly to the plastic, not using the backing plate. It sits flush enough that the top shell still easily slides over the bottom. I mounted it high enough that I will see it when loading skis, so that I don’t smash it, and so that I can change batteries easily when I need to.

I’ve had AirTag’s on a few bags of mine. Mostly haphazard attachment via dangling holders. These are straight up professional. IPX/waterproof, and if you pay any attention to mounting, the come out better than if they had been installed at the factory. Sleek, discreet, look right.

It works as advertised. A great invention. I love it.

I bought the four pack and placed on backpack and two suitcases. The great thing is I can move the one I use for the suitcase between the smaller and larger without having to purchase another AirTag. Would buy again.

Just installed it on my bass guitar case. Though I think it would be better to have locking screws from underneath rather than on the face of the holder. It would make it more difficult to unscrew them without taking out the whole holder. Other than that looks cool and seems to be of a good quality.
