Even if youre not a streamer this is a great tool for various shortcuts to launch programs, use macros and keyboard shortcuts within programs, and gaming controls. Im sure theres even more it can do with some time and research.

The stream deck worked great for the first week, then all of the lights turned white and El Gato hasnt responded to an RMA request in 20+ days. I attempted to call their phone support line and pressed the menu selection for an RMA representative and was greeted by a tech support person who said El Gato doesnt have an RMA team. So now ive got a $150 brick with some clicky buttons. Thanks El Gato

After even getting a replacements, this device does not work as advertised. The software that this app uses crashes constantly and does not allow any customization of the buttons without something breaking. This is not professional grade tech, and I highly recommend using a less sophisticated keypad and simply mapping keybinds to it. For example the Logitech G13 Game Pad (works perfect for hotkeys and streaming. Its cheaper, and has more buttons too).

Customizable keys for more than just streamers, very handy.

I dont stream so was a bit hesitant about spending £100+ on this but I can confidently say it is worth it.

After having the stream deck for over 6 months and connecting to several PCs I have the same issue. This thing is very fussy. It disconnects , won trigger assigned actions, OBS commands just drop out of the software. A complete waste of time for anyone looking for something reliable. Even with updates etc, still has the same issues. Now it something that just sits on my desk. This is not intended for professional usage. Looks like they have 3rd party developers making the plug ins which raises the question of quality control. This by far one the worst pieces of equipment I have ever purchased. Total Junk. If I see that little yellow triangle again on my touchscreen, I am going to just throw it out in the trash. Save your money folks, they have not developed this to the point of reliable usage.
