came perfectly as what i asked for and arrived 2 weeks early. was super easy to set up but the usb c port out the back of was a little difficult to plug in, overall it was really nice :)

Theres a plug and play mentality which is very awesome. The basics are all there. Some trial and error when setting up and seeing what fits your style best but but even (re-)organizing on the fly is very easy to do if in need.

This thing is just cool. I stream on Twitch and this has really streamlined the way I operate the various software involved and made it far far less frequent that I need to stop playing the game Im streaming so I can mess with stream software on the other screen. The buttons are brightly and solidly lit. The functions available make this very versatile beyond just streaming. 15 buttons with the ability to make folders meaning the ability to set up well beyond 15 keys if needed... this will do what you need. The overall construction is plastic, but seems well made. I dont suspect it would stand up to abuse, but should stand up to normal use with no problem.

I struggled with my Stream deck for almost a year before finding out that they dont work well with usb hubs (this is something they need to fix). Once plugged directly into my PC all my issues were gone and it works great. I wish I knew this before hand as it would have saved me a lot of frustration.

This is the best purchase I have made in a while. This is so useful, even more so than I knew when I purchased. The ability to add folders is hands down the best update they have done.
