Eli Roth Presents: The Stranger

Not what I thought it would be.

The acting in this movie is horrendous. The Mother character is the worst. That woman cant act to save her life, let alone this movie. The cop is nearly as bad, and his son is pretty terrible at acting too. Their line deliveries are so bad it take you out of an already weak and silly movie. They play the pronoun game a lot, and no one ever explains anything. Its pretty bro in some high school screenplay final wrote this and now its a movie. Dont bother, its a waste.

Horrible acting, disjointed storyline, and I couldnt stop rolling my eyes at every turn. The vampires have little to none vampire skills as my mother put it. Not gory, fun, logical, or in anyway good, what a huge disappointment.

Preview was the best part

Horrible acting.

Imagine a vampire movie where every authority figure is either corrupt or incompetent. Then make every other character as dumb as humanly possible. Like, bad horror movie dumb. Then you end up with something like this movie.

The Stranger was a strangely compelling, dramatic vampire movie quite unlike most of them that come out. This was a breath of fresh air for a genre that has been played out to a crazy extent, it was reminiscent of the fantastic Near Dark while remaining new and original

My opinion is that I do not remember this and if I come across it I might review again

Good for a scary night on the couch.

This movie does not deserve a bad review! Loved it!
