> 24 hourHere is my only complaint. Is it really necessary to use 3/4” pipe for a towel or coat or robe hanger? 3/4” pipe can hold tons of weight. I would have preferred the less bulky 1/2”, or at least an option for it. Oh well, something was made too well.

> 24 hourIve had these installed for about 6 months. The black coating on them comes off when I rub my finger on it or hand a towel on it. I have only used them twice, I do live where it is hot and these are outside, but they are unusable if the finish is going to be staining the towels. I am very disappointed. I was told my the shipper these were indoor use only. It wouldve been nice if they put that in the description! These are metal which is usually fine outside.

> 24 hourThese are fine for simple home use. I would not buy if you need to have things perfect. Upon unboxing a few of the pieces lost a small amount of their black paint leaving areas where the silver metal shows through. You won’t see unless you look closely. Installation was simple enough. However, the wall plates could not all install with the logo in the upper position to have the hook portion in the same direction. The three wall plates had their threads each 90° off from on another. So we had to remove the wall plates, rotate one 90° counter clockwise and the next 180° counter clockwise to have the orientation of the hooks all in the same direction. We got them all to look the same with hook orientation, but it’s annoying that the wall plates each have the logo in a different place, not all at the top. I would also mention to be careful installing the screws that you don’t strip the drywall anchor if mounting on drywall. Overall great purchase for the price, but don’t buy if you need everything to be exactly perfect.
