> 24 hourLovely content, but being the size of a magazine (or smaller), gives little pleasure in page turning and absorbing detail.

> 24 hourIf you read the magazine every month you have already seen all these pictures. I sent the book back. When I spend that kind of money I would like to see some new pictures and read something interesting.

> 24 hourI have purchased quite a number of design books and as a Elle Decor subscriber, I had great expectations. I was rather disappointed with many rooms selected for the book among those featured in the magazine. Few of my most memorable were included. Good but had great expections.

> 24 hournot as good as the first one from elle decor, but very professional...i just enjoy seeing real people houses as opposed to decorator rooms, though.

> 24 hourI loved Elle Decors last book (So Chic). This one was less inspiring. I think the mix of homes here leans toward too masculine and also too esoteric. I am all for seeing visually inspiring rooms that may push past my own tastes, but So Chic did a better job of showing rooms that showed real inspiration and character but balanced with more approachable rooms, too. This book fell a little flat to me. And this is coming from someone who really loves Elle Decor magazine and the taste-level that the current and former editors both maintain(ed).
