Very easy to replace and wanted something aside from the normal drab vents. This does this trick and adds a little bit of fancy to the room.

My life is now complete with 2 matching HVAC floor mounted diffusers with dark bronze finish on their precisely manufactured, decorative grilles. Before installing these 2 vents, I was questioning my life choices, my prospects for a meaningful future and indeed my place on this isolated island-world, adrift in the incomprehensibly vast void that is our universe. The almost fanatical attention to the design and the elegant, flawless manufacturing process behind these diffusers has revived my faith that humanity - despite war, pandemic, pollution, extinctions, climate catastrophe and the inexplicability of Ben Stillers career - still maintains, somewhere, deep within its (our!) collective, mystical, pan-species ego, the ability and insatiable desire, to produce artisan-quality metal vent covers. Their easily adjustable air-flow vanes, and their ability to even, with barely the touch of a finger, (or the toe of a shoe!) actually completely block the flow of air should I so choose, has moved me to realize that there is yet, hope for our desperately fragile world; hope for democracy; hope that truly The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow and suddenly life once again is worth living. I would definitely buy these again if I am ever in need of air conditioning duct registers. And I got them 2 days after ordering.

Exactly as advertised, love them

Arrived quickly, fit perfectly, look great, different from other grille designs, sturdy, love them.

Firstly, this looks great on the gray tile floor in my bathroom (sorry no pic). I did notice that the cheap white one I removed was a little larger than this one. The old one left a rust stain on the tile that is now visible which is a down side. I thought this would be a little heavier but seems well built. It functions and looks great aside from the rust stain that old one left. It fit the hole perfectly with no adjustments needed.

The register is well built and feels sturdy. The matt finish is nice -- a slight texture which I like. I hope it holds up over time. I appreciated that the louvers were metal instead of the plastic other brands use. Installation was a breeze. The only problem is that I still need a register for another room, but it is out of stock in the size and design I want. For a product of this quality I am willing to wait.

These registers are very high quality….we purchased two for our living room. We were very impressed with them being made of all metal and the classic modern design. We plan on replacing all the registers in our home with this brand.

I have several styles of the Empire registers and like the more ornate ones. This ones looks so good. Its not too busy if you are afraid of that. The coloring is just right and the air flows through nicely. It fits perfectly. It is a medium weight.I have tried others in a heavier weight in this same price point.Thats the only reason I dinged off half a star. Its pretty and does a great job but is a little pricey.

I like geometric designs for floor registers. This ones got a really interesting look. You can see the one Im replacing in the photos I posted. I like that design as well. But that one rusted like crazy in just a couple years. Now granted, that location is in a bathroom. But Im still disappointed in the amount of rust and how fast is rusted. I hope the lacquer coating on this one holds up better. The old register also had all plastic fins. And the damper mechanism was all plastic. It was also designed in a way that suppressed air flow. This new register seems to be a clear upgrade in all those areas... metals damper fins and mechanism, plus a wide open airflow. Its also very easy to make adjustments. It fit my opening very easily but slightly snug, which is perfect. It sits flat on all four sides with no rocking. Packaging was really good so it arrived in pristine condition. The brushed nickel finish matches perfectly with our other fixtures. Overall, Im super-happy with this new register. Love the geometric design. Seems really well made with good quality materials and finishes. Well-designed damper mechanism, good air flow, and super-simple to install. Price-point is a bit high compared to alternative products. But based on the obvious quality, its definitely worth a few extra bucks. I just hope the protective lacquer coating stands up to the moisture and traffic in the bathroom, which is where other registers have failed.

I love these so much! I didnt realize how much they would change the look of my bathrooms, but they sure did! They are very elegant.
