Software support is horrible i cannot download the product

I got this and it would not load i returned it and i never got my refund back52.99

Whatever you call this, it is extremely difficult to use and I found absolutely no graphics I liked.

This program had no CD but had instructions with a link to enter the License Key. However, when going to the link there was no place to enter the License Key. Instead it prompts you to buy the product again. Useless.

I thought I was ordering the Printmaster CD version, but what I received was a download code in the Printmaster CD box. I have been trying to use this version of Printmaster but to no avail. The clipart is very limited and I have yet to figure out how to change the text font. The program jams, wont let me even close the program without trying many times before it finally recognizes I wasted my time trying to design something that isnt worth saving. Extremely disappointed.

I have used PrintMaster V8 for many years and enjoyed it but recently was informed that it was no longer being supported so I bought PrintMaster V9 and find it WORTHLESS and a waste of my money and now

it didnt work and i did not recieve a operating disk...

This is an awful upgrade. Its really a DE-grade. I had to return the disc, then they sent me a code to install on my computer. I tried it, my daughter tired too and shes an educator, then my husband, it never got passed the installation. It said it was installed but it wasnt WHY you try to fix something that was not broke. I can no longer make greeting cards, my church programs, obituaries, sympathy cards, labels, birthday cards. I HATE this!!!! Why are yall doing this.....So very disappointing. I am done with trying to make anything, so depressing. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN GET MY OLD PM BACK THAT WORKED JUST FINE!!!!! I am so disappointed & depressed. Yall should be ashamed of putting this mess out.

on the amazon site it shows a cd-rom in this order so I ordered it specifically because it shows to have the disc but it doesnt have the disc only a piece of paper with a web site that will not pull up when you try. Im really not happy with paying $60.00 for a piece of paper.
