Old incandescent appliance bulbs are yellow. These are bright white and really make the food in the frig look great.

My refrigerator is about 15 years old and had the old style light bulb. That old bulb finally gave out, so I thought I would try an LED this time around. I ordered this 6 pack LED bulbs and when they arrived I immediately installed one. All I can say is WOW. Absolutely wonderful light and it makes it so much easier to see everything in the fridge. Even the items that are hidden behind other items are well lit. Its strange that I just now tried this, because all the light bulbs in my house are LED and the fridge was the last piece of the puzzle.
