> 3 dayI bought this 4-pack of 75W, 2700°K LEDs to replace LEDs with a higher correlated color temperature [CCT] in a three-pole floor lamp in the family room. SOURCE In the Amazon platform, LED prices differ by non-trivial amounts depending on the place of manufacture and on the location of the distributor and (if not an affiliate) of the seller. Often, the same happens in terms of bulb quality. I chose these LEDs as the Yankong Group Co. (Zhejiang, China) --which is the manufacturer, distributor, and seller of this brand-- has set up distribution and service centers in Texas and California for its US operations (d/b/a Yankon Lighting Inc.). This suggests commitment to better business practices than those I met from some Chinese distributors and non-affiliated sellers (and usually unidentified manufacturers) without a brick-and-mortar foothold in the US. PERFORMANCE These are classic A19 (A60 in the rest of the world) bulbs with the standard E26 base for 120V mains. So far, in our early phase of using them, they do not emit circuitrys high-pitch noises, do not flicker or interfere with our WiFi, cable or streaming TV, and cordless phone signals, and turn on instantly. They came secured in a protective box, and all were in good working condition upon arrival. They are bright, especially in a nested trio, but not as bright as some other reviews led me to expect. My attached figure shows the floor lamp close to a wall and next to an African Milk tree, whose dark-green color is well revealed by the lighting. As noted by other reviewers, the CCT seems higher than 2700°K to the naked eye, and this was confirmed with a Gossen Sixticolor meter that gave consistent readings at or just under 3000°K (see yellow arrow in the figures inset pointing to the white CCT measuring needle of the meter). Yankon should consider adjusting CCT using a light yellowish plastic top instead of the current white one. WARRANTY They are claimed to have a two year warranty, but the terms of the warranty are not given either in this webpage or in the dot-us energeticlighting website of Yangon. One entry in the FAQ of the companys website merely says contact us freely with email if an LED fails during the 2-year period, which is hardly an auspicious approach. The unavailability of the warranty terms is a violation of the FTC Rule on Pre-Sale Availability of Written Warranty Terms (16 C.F.R. Part 702). The packing box contains a flier advertising an activating link for extending the warranty [extending it to what?] and a discount Promo Code for a next purchase to those who send their experience with the bulbs if bought in Amazon -- a dangerous gambit for a seller to play given the off-with-their-heads attitude Amazon has finally taken in 2021. RATING I removed one star due to the CCT shift towards a warm white, and another one due to the missing warranty terms. Of course, a most important element in rating an LED is how long it actually lasts, but I do not know that yet. I also do not know why they are lighter than other LEDs, and if that could impact their long-term performance. Finally, I am curious about why they are not eligible for shipments to California -- does this involve that states Proposition 65 on toxic chemicals, or something less worrisome? .

Greater than one weekMy search for a replacement LED bulb for the discontinued Hyperikon HyperSelect 14w for 100w, no dim, 3000K/1200L found this LED bulb. ►Edit - This should be tagged as a verified purchase, as I paid for this item & there was no discounts? The pros: + Reasonably priced at $10.49 for a 4 pack with free Amazon shipping! + Uses less power, compared to the Hyperikon HyperSelect, with the same lumens! + The A19 shape is shorter than the A21 shape of the Hyperikon HyperSelect, which is a plus! + Advertised - 75 watt LED light bulbs, E26 base, 2700K soft white, non-dimmable, AC-120V, CRI 85+, 1200LM, turn on instantly. ◄ More on the in The cons & Closing remarks! + Advertised - 75 watt light bulbs can save up to 85% on energy costs by replacing 75 Watt with just 12 Watt, average 15,000 hours, up to 13.7 years(3 hours per day). + Advertised - certified by the rigorous safety standards of UL. Long service life with 2 year warranty. The cons: - These LED bulbs are not a true instant start, there is a slight flicker when it lights, especially if it has been turned off for a while. Not real bad, but you will notice it. Especially if you have these near other LED bulbs that are true instant on. Closing remarks: ▪ Im going to say these LED bulbs are closer to 3000K than the advertised 2700K. This LED bulb has a bright white light, which we like in the bathrooms. ▪ Thus far, Im good with the light output color (kelvin) & the brightness (lumens). ▪ If these LED bulbs last... dont fail, Ill be back to increase my product rating. Updates: ► July 17, 2021 ▪ Im noticing the start up flicker more & more... dont like it! Dropping my rating to 2 stars. ▪ Once lit, the light color & light output is very good. If only there wasnt that annoying startup flicker!

> 3 dayI bought to use in lamps with dimmers. They just don’t work properly with the dimmers. Don’t know how they would work without the dimmers…probably okay but all my lights have dimmers. They should tell you not to use with dimmers.
