The bulbs are bright even at 40W. This is what the room needed as I prefer the daylight type lighting to the yellow glow of older bulbs. The item arrived in an open box which has been the case lately on many deliveries. The deliverers take photos at angles to hide the open area. The delivery photo sent implies the box is great, but picked up the box and could have dropped the contents if it had been smaller.

Great light bulbs. They simulate incandescent quite well, but you are able to have a choice on the color of the light. Recommended!

These are the right size, brightness and they are a good buy. If they last as long as they say) I just got them this week) they will pay for themselves in the long run.

I liked everything thing but the bulbs had a light blue tone.I think its because they are LED and I wanted a natural tone.

Originally purchased this bulb in Home Depot and of course they no longer carried. Saw it on Amazon and thought it was worth a try. To my amazement it was perfect. Same size and look, just awesome.

I cant replace these fixtures because its a rental abut these bulbs definitely made a difference aesthetically.

I have an over-the-mirror light fixture that takes 8 bulbs. With incandescent bulbs it gets way too hot in that small room. These alleviate that problem and provide quite enough light.

Initial impressions are good. I was replacing globe lights in the bathroom and was hoping that these would be a little fancier like the incandescent bulbs I was replacing. I was pleasantly surprised when I took them out of the box. All 6 bulbs were functional out of the box. Brightness and warmth are what I was looking for when replacing the incandescent bulbs. And when the bulbs are on, they are almost cool to the touch. Longevity is always the big question and remains to be seen. If you are OCD, aligning them might prove challenging.
