This stuff is great!! When I feel something coming on I can avoid a full-blown sick by taking flu-tone.

This seems to work with preventing flu when youve been exposed and also if you take it aggressively at onset of symptoms it seems to kick out quick.

I actually had the stomach flu for 4 days, when my doctor gave me this to take. Within a day I felt 10x better. You can use it as a homeopathic flu shot during flu season as well. Will recommend for sure!
