I have been taking EPN supplements for a long time and this is by far my favorite product! I teach fitness classes and took it right before a boot camp class. I love the energy it gave me and I felt like performed better. I ended up taking another cardio class an hour later because I felt great! I have been taking it for about a week now and love the results! No crashing, no crazy tingles.

I bought this because I was looking for something that would not only help with muscle recovery but could help keep energy levels up though out the day and during workouts! Some raspberry tea flavors can miss but this one was on point! It keeps my energy levels up with no crash and I feel less sore the day after a hard workout. Would definitely recommend this!

The flavor is pretty awesome. You can really taste the peach and the mango sweetness. I tried drinking this before my workout and had a great session. I didnt feel super sore the next day which was a plus. I even tried mixing this with the fat burner and preworkout from EPN. Overall this is an excellent product. Flavor is great and the powder dissolves nicely with water leaving a smooth mixture (I find some products that dont dissolve well difficult to drink). Highly recommend this supplement especially if you arent getting enough protein in your daily diet.
