> 3 dayI really like the size. After 2 days opening with refrigeration this formula should not be given to baby and thrown away. The 8 oz size is sure to be used with in day. One less thing to worry about because the formula won’t expire. With older babies 8 oz is one feeding

> 3 dayUnfortunately, this still didnt solve our babys problems. We finally switched to Enfamil Sensitive and its been a gamechanger! I wish we couldve found it sooner since our baby suffered for over a month with daily gas and straining not to mention crying & squirming because of the stomach cramps- this was all on Gentlease!! The first 2-3 weeks of his life we managed with giving him gas drops with every feeding but as he got older (and eating more) the cramping, spit up, & struggling (and crying) got worse. We temporarily switched to Similac Alimentum (hypoallergenic formula) but like all the reviews say, IT SMELLS AWFUL- and the spit up smell will not come out of clothes!! We noticed an improvement so we realized it was the lactose that he was sensitive to. Then by week 8 we found Enfamil Sensitive and gave it a try. Its been 4 weeks and hes been eating so well that he hardly even has spit up!!! That is....until today! Why? Because I decided to mix in a little Gentlease powder into the batch so that I can slowly use it since we have so much left over. Terrible idea! He even threw up projectile style! So now weve confirmed his tummy is very sensitive to lactose! A SIDE NOTE: weve also implemented Gerber Probiotics to help (last 2 wks) and they seem to really help w/him pooping easily w/no straining. Good luck parents!!!

23-11-2024My newborn baby came home from the hospital on this formula. I was really excited to purchase it, and actually purchased it a few times. The last batch that I bought had some type of oil in it. Not sure what kind, but it was noticiable when arming it up, and when my baby was drinking it. As a first time mom, being sleep deprived, I thought that it was just me and that I hadn’t been paying attention to the formula. Upon doing some reset,I found a lot of companies will add oil to their formula. My baby got VERY sick from drinking this formula. Started throwing up large quantities after each feeding and had a terrible smell. Not like normal spit up, but like an adult, foul smelling formula. She ended up in the hospital and told us to not use this formula. We ended up having to throw it out. Which is so terrible as it was expensive, and isn’t easy to come by these days. Such a shame.
